My Three Commitments As Your Manager

I’m a first-time people manager, and I can now attest that all the cliches are true.

• It’s not easy.
• There’s no right way of doing it.
• You can’t make everyone happy.

Despite that, I want to approach people management with my best foot forward by being intentional.
